This first deposit is used specifically to pursue Royal County Down tee times.

Important: This trip requires two deposits. The first is due by February 21, 2026. A second deposit will only be due if Royal County Down tee times are successfully secured, and will then be used to lock in hotels, remaining courses, and trip components. Registered participants will be contacted with additional details during the first week of March.

Planned Course Lineup: The primary course for this trip is Royal County Down, the centerpiece of the entire experience and the course most travelers are coming for. The expected additional championship links include Royal Portrush, Portstewart, and Portmarnock. Final course order and scheduling will be confirmed once Royal County Down is successfully secured.

Accommodations: Two hotel tiers will be offered once finalized, a 4-Star Luxury option and a 5-Star Premier option. Current planning centers around the Belfast region to keep travel times short and the experience smooth.

Once Royal County Down Is Secured: You will receive a full confirmed itinerary. At that time, the second deposit will be requested to finalize hotels, courses, transportation, and logistics.

If Royal County Down Is Not Secured: You may choose a full deposit refund or proceed with an alternate championship lineup, likely including K Club or a comparable world-class course.
